Terms and Conditions

  1. The Double A Printers Lifetime Rewards is open to all printers who fully complete the Enrolment Form and place orders for aA papers ( A- Print, A-Matt, A-Gloss and Hi-White Card ) through any Authorized Double A Distributors. This Program is not open to corporate, government department customers and/or Double A Copy Centres.
  2. Completed enrolment form may be faxed to 03-21626888 or printers could log into the Double A website at www.doublea.com.my to enroll and/or register
  3. The person whose name is used in the enrolment form will be deemed as the official representative of the Company enrolled for the Program. Any request for change of representative during the tenure of this Program must be communicated in writing to Double A. Points earned by a Member Company is not transferable. Duplicate enrolment forms from the same company will be deemed as a single enrolment.
  4. Each representative of a Company is allowed only one enrolment.
  5. The choice of Rewards being redeemed should be indicated based on the points collected and verified up to the date of the Redemption Request.
  6. The quantity purchased by each Company will be tracked by using information gathered from Authorized Distributors Delivery Order and/or Invoices. Please note that a clear photocopy of the Delivery Order / Invoice is required to be faxed to 03-21626888 and must include the Company representative's signature and company stamp.
  7. For every purchase of 1mt of aA papers (A-Print, A-matt, A-Gloss and Hi-White Card), 1 point would be awarded. All Delivery Order and /or Invoice must faxed to 99DA office within 30 days from supply date of purchase.
  8. Reward points would be credited only on or after the date of enrolment
    and be governed by the 30-day grace period from the delivery date of the paper as indicated in the Delivery Order and/or Invoice.
  9. Double A would be sending notices by e-mail from time to time to update each participants on their points accumulated thus far. Those companies which do not have e-mail addresses; the member and/or representative may contact the Double A hotline at 03-21648899 or log on to www.doublea.com.my to check point(s) status.
  10. The Rewards of this Program are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The selected Reward/s and/or Gift/s from this Program will be delivered by courier or through a voucher system and Gift/s within 4-6 weeks from receipt of redemption request or could be collected from the respective supplier premises.
  11. Should any selected Reward/s or Gift/s chosen by the member become unavailable, another similar Reward/s or Gift/s of a similar value will be offered. All goods and services are available on a while stocks last basis and Double A reserves the right to withdraw and/or replace such goods or services featured in the catalogue at any time.
  12. Any disputes and/or complaints regarding the goods or services received under the Program shall be settled between the enrolled member and the service establishment and/or supplier of the goods or services. All suppliers of goods or services shall be collectively referred to herein as "service establishment". Double A will bear no responsibility for resolving such disputes and/or complaints and will not entertain any such disputes / complaints.
  13. Goods accepted in good condition are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. In the event there is a manufacturing defect, enrolled members must return the said item to the manufacturer or distributor at own cost, undamaged and in its original packaging for a replacement within 7 working days of receipt. (List of 'service establishments' contact details are available upon request ).
  14. There will be 'NO TRIAL PERIOD' for all Reward items.
  15. Any installation charges or other arrangements made in connection with any Reward will be the sole responsibility of the enrolled member.
  16. In the event that the Reward takes the form of a cash voucher, the enrolled member is to pay the difference to the participating service establishment/s should the purchase is in excess of the value of the cash voucher. There will be no refund for the unused portion of the cash voucher.
  17. Issuance of any dining or hotel / resort voucher does not constitute a reservation with the service establishments. The enrolled member is responsible for making all reservations and to notify the participating 'service establishments' accordingly.
  18. Double A is not responsible for expired, lost or stolen Reward vouchers or gift items. Reward vouchers of a service establishment are only valid at participating outlets listed in the Program.
  19. Redeemed Reward vouchers are not exchangeable for other Rewards, not refundable, not replaceable and not transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances.
  20. Delivery of Rewards vouchers or gift items shall be deemed to be made if presented at the address furnished by the enrolled member in the redemption request form; and if sent by post or courier, within four (4) working days after posting or dispatch. Claims of non-receipt of Reward vouchers or items will not be entertained after 3 months from the date of submission of the redemption form.
  21. No delivery of Reward vouchers or gift items will be made to a P.O. Box address. Delivery of Reward vouchers or gift items outside Malaysia will be subjected to additional charges for which the enrolled member is to settle when presented with documentation.
  22. Delivery of Reward vouchers or gift items will only be made upon receipt of written acknowledgement of receipt of the Reward vouchers or gift items by occupant at the residential address for delivery and where such address is an office address, by any member of the office. Such acknowledgement shall be deemed to be the acknowledgement of the enrolled member.
  23. Double A reserves the right to disqualify any enrolled member of this Program in the event that any indiscretion to the terms and conditions is detected. Double A also reserves the right to verify with any of the enrolled members, their product ordering methods and quantity during the tenure of this Program.
  24. Double A reserves the right to add, delete, vary or amend the Program terms and conditions at any time.
  25. Double A may change the period during which the enrolled customers must redeem the Reward points by giving at least 30 days notice. The change will take effect from the date stated in such notice.
  26. This Program shall commence with immediate effect and may be terminated or modified at any point of time, at the discretion of Double A, and by sufficient prior notice to the enrolled members. Supplementary promotions may be announced from time to time by Double A.
  27. In addition to the above Terms and Conditions of the Rewards Partners may apply from time to time pertaining to black-out dates for redemption, reservations, etc. These will be communicated, where applicable, at the time of Reward Redemption.
  28. Any props, accessories or equipment featured together with the Rewards in any pictorial herein are for ornamental purposes and shall not form part of the Rewards to be redeemed by the enrolled member.
  29. In the event there are any language inconsistencies, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version of the Terms and Conditions shall be used as reference.
